Deirdre Heekin and Caleb Barber are the proprietors and, respectively, wine director and head chef of Osteria Pane e Salute, a terroir-driven restaurant and wine bar in Woodstock, Vermont, acclaimed in Saveur, The Boston Globe, Travel and Leisure, Food and Wine and Elle Decor. Heekin and Barber live in Barnard, Vermont, where they have an orchard, vineyard and farm where Heekin grows and produces micro-vintage wine and champagne method ciders. Brian Titus grows certified organic fruits and vegetables on this farm in Greensboro, Vermont.

Bill and Andrea Suhr run this orchard and organic farm in Shoreham, Vermont.  They produce fresh apples, organic vegatables, pies and sweet cider for grocery, farm market and institutional customers throughout Vermont.
Scott Farm is a Landmark Trust property on Rudyard Kipling's estate in Dummerston, Vermont. Orchardist Zeke Goodband produces 70 varieties of ecologically grown apples - including heirloom apples such as Roxbury Russet, Belle de Boskoop, and Cox’s Orange Pippin.
